Delivery

    We produce our products after they are ordered, so have in mind the time required for the process. The candles and the book sleeves from our catalogues are prepared for delivery between 3 and 5 business days, counting from the day following the date of the order and the individual orders are prepared within a period of 10 business days.  The time needed for the rest of our products to be prepared is 1-3 business days. Shipments abroad are processed the next day after receiving the payment. The specified delivery time does not include weekends and holidays. We work hard to execute the orders as quickly as possible. Please, contact us beforehand if the items are meant as a gift and you need them by a certain date.
    For shipments in the country we use the courier services of Speedy - you choose whether to receive your order in the courier’s office or for it to be dispatched to a specified address, indicated by you.
    Shipments abroad are dispatched with Bulgarian Posts EAD with a tracking number.
    We ship our products insured so you should inspect them in front of the courier. In the event that you find a discrepancy, you must fill out a Complaint Form, which the courier is obligated to provide. If there is a broken or damaged item, we will be happy to replace it. With Scent of Books shall not be responsible for shipments which have not been checked.
    Prices for transport costs are determined according to the total weight of the items and are displayed before finalizing the order. For local customers there is free shipping to Speedy Office when the total amount of the purchase is above 45.00 BGN.

Payments

    You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Bulgaria:
• Cash on delivery (paying in cash upon receipt)
• With a debit/credit card
Overseas:
• With a debit/credit card
    In the event of online payments or payments in a bank, the Seller shall not bear any responsibility for any expenses in relation to fees, commissions or other additional payments, made by the Buyer in connection with the transaction itself, as well as in case of currency exchange, applied by the bank, which has issued the customer’s card, in the cases where the currency is different than BGN. The expenses, associated with such payments, are solely on the account of the Buyer.
    The Online store reserves their right to refuse a second order to a Client, who has already ordered once and has not taken the goods from the couriers. In this case, the Online store may accept the order only upon preliminary bank transfer of the payable amount of the entire order.
    In the case of a payment method, other than cash on delivery, on the territory of the country, the ordered goods are dispatched after the amount of the order has been deposited in the bank account of the Online store www.withscentofbooks.com. The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of the amount of the order in our account.
